TotalErg was founded in Italy in 2010 to operate in the refining and distribution of petroleum products and immediately established itself among the major operators in the sector, becoming the second market company on the Motorway Network.

Effective communication

TotalErg chose us for the creation of its own Brand Identity. We have created a graphic format that reflects the company's principles. We worked a lot on the color and sympathy of the character who becomes the alter ego of the new manager, always ready to smile and satisfy the needs of each client. This is how SerVito was born! Direct communication, simple and effective, which instead of overpowering the customer with prices and discounts, wants to convey the concept that we need to know each other better to personally verify courtesy, prices and availability.

A character that everyone likes

For the launch of the TotalErg branded systems, Jusan has excluded the use of royalty-free images that somehow could be associated with national competitor campaigns, preferring an illustrated, more mediated and direct description, also synonymous with low-cost campaign. The Agency, in support of the "cheap" context, has chosen a simple creative style giving life to a female character that best represents the prototype of the client less inclined to self-supply. Emy's style is deliberately aseptic, the Agency has preferred to give life to a positive character able to indiscriminately enjoy a heterogeneous public, excluding clothing or accessories that cause divisions according to individual aesthetic preferences.
