Jusan Network has realized the new ecommerce site Digimax, a company specialized in the distribution of nutrition products, industrial pcs and digital signage.

In these last years we are seeing an incredible growth in the field of online sells. More and more are the companies which decide to use the web as a new sales channel to increase their business opportunities.

Among the enterprises which decide to open their own virtual sales point we find both the b2c (business-to-consumer) and the b2b (business-to-business) companies. The last ecommerce realized by Jusan Network on behalf of Digimax, a company leader in the distribution of nutrition products, industrial pcs and digital signage, belongs to this second category.

The B2B Ecommerce of Digimax

Made on a PrestaShop platform, the ecommerce site of Digimax stands out for a rich catalogue of more than 15000 articles divided into four principal macro-categories: Power Supplies, Industrial Pc, Display and Led.
The size of the catalogue and the technical complexity of the products on sale have made essential a long analysis of the demand and offer’s main characteristics so as to emphasize the central point) on which to focus the following development of the PrestaShop platform.

The analysis has pointed out some specificities of the Digimax business. Specificities which have been translated in the development of custom platform features.

Let’s shortly see what have been the features introduced in the Digimax project:

  • Ecommerce PrestaShop Engine 1.6: the new PrestaShop 1.6, in addition to the guarantee of better performances, offers the customers the best online ecommerce experience.
  • New graphic layout: the new Digimax layout is SEO oriented, completely responsive with a dedicated mobile theme.
  • Import and daily automatic synchronization: of over 4000 articles present in the managing catalogue.
  • Advanced pre-order features and information inquiry
  • Support form and post-sales assistance: dynamic RMA multi-article with direct-managing interface.
  • Innovative research and real-time filters system for the product’s characteristics. Few clicks and you can find the product you’re searching for

Automatic dial gauge: it compares the articles on sale in regards to their technical characteristics

Instantaneous research of the articles: it provides real time results during the keying in. It allows to visualize and add to cart an article by a simple click

 

  • Notice functions to the customer: the customer receives a communication by e-mail of the article’s new availability, if the article is available.
  • A Blog completely integrated to PrestaShop
  • A priority system for “digimax hot” articles: some articles are always showed on the top of the “visualization lists”
  • B2B management of the customers: price lists dedicated to single groups of sellers
  • Management of producers (Digimax partner): through our “Blocco produttori avanzato” module for an efficient and effective management of the producers

To achieve these objectives, the first step was to think and realize a graphic layout that was capable of expressing in the best way the company’s values. For this reason, we have chosen to use a clean and linear graphics in order to emphasize the character of the highly professional services offered.

To increase the involvement inside the site, instead, we chose to give greater prominence to the news and events section organized by  Bit systems in order to provide specific information on the latest industry news.
